Jason Frame is the Chief Information Officer for the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he oversees and directs all aspects of the Information Technology program. With over 15 years of management experience in the fields of information technology, process improvement, and innovation, he is passionate about leadership development, automation, and disruptive technologies, particularly generative AI.

As CIO at SNHD, he has overseen the development of numerous custom web and mobile applications that have improved customer service and streamlined operations for the Health District. Harvey Castro, MD, MBA, FACEP, is a seasoned ER physician, AI futurist, and healthcare innovator with over 20 years of experience. He has authored 23 books on AI and healthcare and is a leading voice in integrating AI into medicine. As the Chief Medical AI Officer at Helpp.ai and an advisor to the Singapore Ministry of Health and the Texas Medical Association, Dr. Castro is dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare through AI-driven solutions. Nancy Foster is the Vice President for Quality and Patient Safety Policy at the American Hospital Association, serving in this role since 2004. Dr. Timothy Judson is a hospital medicine and urgent care physician, clinical informaticist and accomplished health system leader in population health and digital health innovation. As Medical Director of Care Delivery Transformation, Dr. Judson leads the population health innovation team, which designs, implements, and evaluates new virtual care models with the goal of improving clinical outcomes at scale. In his role as Medical co-Director of Adult Care Transitions, Dr. Judson sets strategy for programs aimed at providing safe discharge, deceasing readmissions, and improving post-acute care. Dr. Judson has led the creation of several digital health tools at UCSF, including the COVID-19 Symptom Checker, UCSF’s first self-triage and self-scheduling module. He was also the clinical product lead for the UCSF Employee Health Screener, which was used to conduct over 1 million daily symptom and exposure screens of UCSF employees. He co-leads several programs aimed at improving chronic disease management using remote patient monitoring. He is working to incorporate AI-based risk prediction into population health and transitions efforts.

Dr. Judson completed his MD at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City, before coming to UCSF for internal medicine residency, chief residency, and then faculty. He has published over 30 peer reviewed articles on population health, digital health, medical devices, high-value care and patient-physician communication in JAMA, JAMA Internal Medicine, BMJ, JAMIA, JGIM, JHM and others, and is frequently invited to give national presentations on these topics.

Dr. Cristin A. Dickerson is the founding partner of Green Imaging and a graduate of the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, where she was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her radiology residency at UT Houston, with extensive cancer imaging training at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Dickerson practiced for 13 years at the Diagnostic Clinic of Houston, serving two terms as president and overseeing a self-funded health plan. Her clinical interests include oncologic MRI and CT, PET/CT, breast imaging, and cardiac screening.

In 2011, she founded Green Imaging to provide affordable, high-quality medical imaging for uninsured and high-deductible patients. The company has since expanded nationwide and offers services to employer-sponsored health plans. Dr. Dickerson is dedicated to offering quality imaging services at reduced costs and promoting alternative healthcare options. Ravi Komatireddy, MD, MCTI is a digital health entrepreneur, former Chief Medical Officer, and board-certified physician renowned for leveraging innovative technologies to transform healthcare.
